These include a quality steel blade, a spring opening mechanism and safetey latch to close the cutters and keep them shut when storing.
How to use:
Mark your food grade plastic Loyal cake dowels to the required length. Allign the steel blade to the mark, cut slowly with even pressure. Try using the middle pointed part of the balde which will help cut through the dowel without flattening it.
Cuts up to 33mm.
Note: This is a sharp blade that is able to apply pressure. Keep out of reach of children
