Can be used in the manufacture of filled chocolate.
Can be used as a filling or decoration for various types of confectionery.
Can be whipped.
Do not heat above 45°C.
Use as a substitute for buttercream icing. Mix with 350g pure icing sugar to 2kg of Truffle mix and it will have a higher melting point than buttercream and is firm enough to be smoothed out very evenly.
