Basic Cake mix for Block Cakes, Bars and Cup Cakes
Based on the traditional Pound Cake mix. You will need to add water and eggs.
Shelf Life & Storage:
Best before 6 months from date of manufacture. Store below 25°C in clean, dry conditions and protected from direct sunlight.
Contains: gluten and milk
May be present due to shared equipment: tree nuts, egg, soy, sulphites and sesame
Country of Origin:
Made in Australia from local and imported ingredients.
1. Mix all ingredients together on low speed for 1 minute.
2. Scrape down.
3. Whisk on top speed for 5 minutes, then whisk on 2nd speed (SLOW MEDIUM) for 5 minutes.
4. Oven temperature 175°C.
