For covering and decorating cake and other confectionery lines. Also used for moulding icing flowering and other similar decorations.
For a quick and simple usage guide a 7kg bucket of Bakels will cover 7 x 8inch round cakes or 7 x 7inch square cakes.
Composition: Sugar, Glucose, Water, Hydrogenated vegetable oil, Maize starch, Flavour Stabiliser (413, 466), Modified starch (1422), Preservative (202), Emulsifiers (322, 492), Acidity regulator (260) , Colours (102, 110), Antioxidant (307b soy)
Storage:
Below 25°C, dry and dark conditions. Best before 12 months from date of manufacture.
Storage pack must be sealed.
