Our flower paste (also known as gum paste) flowers are used in cake decorating and are technically edible—but they’re usually not eaten.
These sugar decorations are made from ingredients like sugar, egg whites, and a hardening agent (like tylose ), so they're safe to consume. However, they dry very hard and aren't pleasant to bite into. We recommend that our customers use them for decoration only.
